This is our most popular session. Four tiers:

	Tier:  STANDARD 5 whiskies from reputable brands: Scotch, Irish, bourbon, Japanese, and a wild card. These expressions have been selected to provide you with a wide range of aroma profiles to compare, helping you having a better grasp at the diversity of whiskey and your own taste.
	Tier: PREMIUM 5 Higher-end whiskies, up to 14 years old: Scotch, Irish, Bourbon, Japanese, and a wild card. These expressions have been selected to provide you with a wide range of aroma profiles to compare, helping you having a better grasp at the diversity of whiskey and your own taste.
	Tier: PREMIUM PLUS 5 High-end whiskies, up to 18 years old: Scotch, Irish, bourbon, Japanese, and a wild card. These expressions have been selected to provide you with a wide range of aroma profiles to compare, helping you having a better grasp at the diversity of whiskey and your own taste.
	Tier: VIP Limited to 10 participants max. 5 rare whiskies / collectibles. Very exclusive, these expressions are almost impossible to find and are highly rated. Scotch, bourbon, Japanese, and others

BOURBON

Participants will enjoy 5 bourbons from various makers
Four tiers:

	Tier:  STANDARD 5 Bourbons from reputable makers, all with a different profile: you will learn how bourbon is produced, and why they taste differently.
	Tier: PREMIUM 5 Higher-end bourbons. The selection will feature Blanton’s original single barrel, and others in a selection helping you experience how the making influences the taste. You will refine your bourbon knowledge and your taste.
	Tier: PREMIUM PLUS 5 High-end bourbons,hard to find and highly praised. The selection will feature Blanton’s Gold Edition single barrel and others in a selection helping you experience how the making influences the taste. You will refine your bourbon knowledge and your taste.
	Tier: VIP Limited to 10 participants max. 5 rare / collectibles bourbons. Very exclusive, these expressions are almost impossible to find and are highly rated. the selection includes Blanton’s Straigth from the barrel, Weller 12 years old and Stagg Jr.

COUNTRY FOCUS WHISKIES 

	JAPANESE WHISKIES Tier: PREMIUM These 5 whiskies are super premium from various reputable Japanese distilleriesAll with a different profile. Enjoy this great selection with your guide who has lived in Japan and knows the master distillers.

	1- RHUM AGRICOLE Tier: PREMIUM This is the first of the three rum masterclasses with a theme. The Rhum agricole is the purest type of rum since it is made from fermented pure cane juice. It is exclusively produced in the French Caribbean islands. A great selection of rhums agricoles, from unaged to long-aged and double maturation. Compare and enjoy!
	2- RUMS OF THE WORLD Tier: PREMIUM This is second of the three rum masterclasses with a theme. 	TEQUILA:MEZCAL Tier Premium Agave spirits are trending high: you will experience four Super-premium sipping tequilas and one Mezcal, and you will learn how the making process influences these different expressions.
	ARMAGNAC – Tier: PREMIUM Discover and experience cognac’s little brother. Armagnac is a vibrant brandy made in Gascony, the native region of D’Artagnan, the Musketeer! In this masterclass, you will learn the differences between Armagnac and Cognac, the unique production method, and the great diversity of aroma palette that they offer. Compare, learn, and enjoy!
	WINE TASTING: 3 x 750ml bottles FRENCH WINES or NEW WORLD WINES (Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Oregon)  Get immersed in a very innovative and interactive session led by our highly skilled and fun sommelier, and enjoy three different expressions. Tier: STANDARD – Youthful, classic wines that showcase the purity of their terroir. Tier: PREMIUM – Premium wines from acclaimed appellations, perfectly matured. Tier: PREMIUM PLUS – Iconic wines by eminent producers from the best wine regions

How does this work?

The objective is to create an attractive “get together” experience that will encourage clients and/or workforce to join allowing casual interaction and a shared memorable moment.

Before the session

Setting up the date is critical, and offers many opportunities to interact with customers or prospects.

For online tasting, participants receive beforehand:

• A tasting kit of five 1-oz samples (spirit), or
• A set of three 750ml bottles of wine

This is complemented by an electronic support to tasting that is sent two days before the session as teaser and reminder.

During the session

We start by a fun ice-breaker, then there is a light education of the spirit (or wine) making process, followed by a tasting guidance. The samples (or wine bottles) are experienced and commented, and all along, there is a high level of casual interaction that creates a joyful atmosphere where participants feel comfortable and very open to share their thoughts. They all describe a memorable, fun and relaxing time.

Duration: 60 to 90 minutes

It is possible to start (or end) the session with a business pitch if needed

After the session

Participants receive the tasting notes of the spirits or wines which creates an additional opportunity to interact with the clients.

Our uniqueness

There is a high level of interaction through voice but also voting, and writing on the screen, allowing each participant to fully immerse, ensuring they all enjoy actively the session.

Our tutors are experts on spirits or wine and complement all sessions with pictures and anecdotes involving the producers that they know most of the time.
