Our team

Franck is a Spirit Educator and consultant. He is well known  for conducting amazing experiences  for corporate or private parties: from Whisky and Food pairing exclusive dinners to whisk(e)y, bourbon, cognac, gin, tequila, or rum masterclasses and training courses for beginners or high level participants; he is always creating a warm atmosphere that leads attendees to learn, have fun and enjoy the experience a great deal.

Franck has a distiller degree from IBD (London, UK), is certified WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) level 3 in spirit, is a Whisky Ambassador Tutor (Scotland) and is involved in Gin, Bourbon & American whiskey production. He has toured the world to visit more than 180 distilleries from Japan to America and in between, travels on a regular basis to spirit experts’ gatherings, and is well connected with the
most prestigious actors of the area.

Franck has entertained or trained more than 7,000 participants to date to his sessions and is recognized for
his very effective pedagogical approach while demonstrating his passion.

His consultancy work goes from samples evaluation to bar & restaurant counseling, and to marketing support to brands.

Michele is a certified chef from France and she has acquired even more experience with Michelin starred chefs around the world. She is offering her highly sensitive nose and palate to support the pairings that we create and offer during our whiskey pairing dinners.

Michele is very creative and has developed exquisite recipes to pair beautifully with some premium whiskies. She has accumulated 15 years of experience in this field, which makes her a fantasttic asset during the counseling we do for restaurant, to pair their food menus to whiskies. 

She is also our official photographer, and all pictures you can see on our website are hers. She also brings her additional value in our general organization and logistics, doing a fantastic job in various administrative fields.

Hailing from Argentina, Julieta has a decade of experience in the beverage industry. She is a Scotch Whisky Ambassador, holds an Advanced Whisky certificate, and is a Certified Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.

Julieta is passionate about education related to food and beverage. She personally believes the discovery of whisky should be a journey of celebration and enjoyment.

Whenever she is not working with wine and spirits, you can find her travelling to various whisk(e)y regions or exploring unique flavors in her home beverage lab.

Joe is whisky Ambassador certified from Scotland and is also certified at a whiskey advanced level. He is a whiskey enthusiast multiplying the tasting experiences, and his involvement in whiskey shows is always highly recognized. Joe is a seasoned certified bartender and always offer his mixology knowledge when appropriate. Joe has a very engaging character and always blends well with the crowds of whiskey drinkers during classes or events. He is well appreciated for his openness, knowledge and engaging skills. Joe has visited many distilleries, and each time he is engaging with the makers themselves to better understand the underlying factors that drive the flavors of each whiskey.

Alex has multiple skills and we use only a few of them. He is our web designer – if you like the site, tell him! – and he is bringing a lot of experience and knowledge to the marketing, sales and communication initiatives we implement. His knowledge of social media and media channels is critical to our success. His very insightful customer approach makes him an invaluable Team member.
