Refund, cancellation and rescheduling policy

Tasting session

There is no refund after the material is shipped. As we offer regular sessions, you can reschedule at no cost.

Before the material is shipped, a refund will be issued less a 15% cancellation fee. It takes around ten business days for our payment platform to recredit your account.

A deposit is meant to book firmly a date for a private or corporate tasting. There is no refund, but you can reschedule at no cost.

Course

There is no refund after the material is shipped. As we offer regular sessions, you can reschedule at no cost.

Before the material is shipped, and as the electronic handbook was sent at booking, a refund will be issued, less $100. It takes around ten business day to our payment platform to recredit your account.

For the whiskey and food experience

For cancellations more than a week prior to the experience, there is a 15% cancellation fee

For cancellations less than a week prior the experience, there is a 50% cancellation fee (corresponding to the deposit).

Food being perishable, the potential reschedule is to be evaluated on a case by case basis.

If the session is cancelled

Should Whisky Gourmet cancel a session or a course, the student may choose between a full refund or reschedule towards another date.
