Food and Whisky Pairing

Principle?

Spend a great time around the discovery of subtle and creative alliances of refined food and pairing whiskies. It is simply a joyful moment that we spend together around amazing tailored pairs.

For whom?

  • Novice : learn how to taste single malt whisky and discover many new and surprising combinations of refined food paired with the matching whisky to please the palate.
  • Amateur: strengthen the knowledge of whisky through the combination of the rich aroma palette of some whiskies associated with tailored refined food.

Course of the experience:

  • Introduction to the whisky: diversity, making, tasting principles
  • 7-course small plates, each paired with a different whisky. Comments on the aromas and combination
  • The whiskies tasted come from Scotland (Speyside, Islay), Ireland, Asia and are all awarded in international competitions

FAQ :

  • The quantity of alcohol intake will be lower than the equivalent of two glasses of wine

  • Typically from 7:00pm to 10:00pm
