The journey starts with an iconic gin, the Blue Coat gin, multi-awarded and part of the American craft distilling renaissance, then we move to Blue Coat Barrel aged, to understand the influence of the maturation in wood. We continue the journey with an American whiskey to catch how the ingredients can modify a spirit, then we finish on two bourbons of different characters to complement this sensory voyage.

Your Tutor:
Franck is a spirit expert involved in Bourbon & American whiskey production; he is also a Whisky and Gin Ambassador Tutor (Scotland) and has a distiller degree from IBD (London, UK). He has toured the world to visit more than 140 distilleries from Japan to America and in between, travels on a regular basis to spirit experts’ gatherings, and is well connected with the most prestigious actors of the area.
Franck is a judge in national and international Spirit Competitions, including the prestigious World Whisky Awards where he is part of the American whiskey judging panel..
He has entertained or trained more than 3,000 participants to date to his sessions and is recognized for his very effective pedagogical approach while demonstrating his passion.
Franck is operating in the United States, in New-York and New-Jersey.
