• Yamazaki 12 years old single malt, named “Supreme champion at the International Spirit World Competition in 2024
• Hibiki Harmony, from the Suntori’s three Japanese distilleries, finished in Mizunara cask, a wonder
• Ichiro’s malt and Grain, by Ichiro Akuto, one of the most skilled master distiller and blender.
• Nikka Coffey grain, a unique make for a very distinctive expression created by Tadashi Sakuma, the master distiller
• Fuji single grain, from Fuji-Gotemba distillery, made with the pure water coming fomr the Fuji mountain.

How it works:

• Booking: You can reserve a spot for yourself or for someone else. If it’s a gift, make sure the shipping address reflects this. We can also include a personalized note in the kit—just add a comment when booking.
• Delivery: Your package will arrive by mail one to two weeks before the event. You’ll also receive a Zoom link and a digital tasting guide by email.
• Experience: The session is hosted live online for an interactive and engaging experience.

Your expert:

Franck is a Whisky Ambassador Tutor with a distiller’s degree from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling (IBD) in London, UK, and is a certified WSET Spirits Educator.
Franck has toured the world, visiting more than 200 distilleries from Japan to America, Scotland, and beyond. They regularly attend gatherings of whisky experts and maintain strong connections with the most prestigious figures in the industry.

Having lived in Japan for several years, Franck has visited every distillery in the country and built close relationships with the makers. Their global experience and deep network make Franck a well-known authority in the whisky world.

Franck is a judge in national and international Spirit Competitions, including the prestigious World Whisky Awards.

He has entertained or trained more nearly 10,000 participants to date to his sessions and is recognized for his very effective pedagogical approach while demonstrating his passion.
