After welcoming nearly 10,000 participants to our guided spirit tasting sessions, we’re delighted to invite you to our first dedicated online tasting focused on non‑alcoholic spirits.

This session extends our long‑standing approach: exploring flavor, structure, and balance with curiosity and openness. Here, we turn our attention to thoughtfully crafted alcohol‑free expressions—designed to echo familiar spirit categories while offering their own sensory identity.

This tasting is not about comparison or opposition. It’s about understanding how flavor is built, how balance is achieved, and how these drinks behave—neat or mixed—through focused tasting and discussion.

What You will Taste

During this first edition, you’ll explore four carefully selected non‑alcoholic spirits, each inspired by a classic category:

• London Dry Gin‑like — botanical, fresh, and structured
• Agave Spirit, tequila‑like — earthy, vibrant, and expressive, from pure agave juice
• Barrel‑Aged Whiskey‑like — warm, layered, and oak‑influenced
• Aperol‑like — bright, bittersweet, and aperitif‑style

Each expression is crafted to capture the essence and structure of its classic inspiration, without the alcohol.

The tasting is hosted live by a spirits expert, who will guide you through:

• Delivery: Your package will arrive by mail one to two weeks before the event. You will also receive a Zoom link by email.
• Experience: The session is hosted live online for an interactive and engaging experience.
